The study aimed to identify the extent of awareness of the strategic values of the Ministry of Justice in the Department for the Care of Minors, as it is one of the departments affiliated with the ministry above, where the problem of the study is the lack of clarity of the extent to which the employees of the Department for the Care of Minors realize the strategic values of the Ministry of Justice.

To achieve the goal of the study, the researchers resorted to the descriptive analytical method in analyzing the data obtained in the light of the questionnaire, which is the main tool for the study, in addition, these data were analyzed through the statistical program (SPSS24).

And the importance of the study was that it was a realistic field study that tries to benefit from the values of the Ministry of Justice and the extent of its awareness in the department of minors' care, as it is one of the departments affiliated with the above ministry.

The study was applied in the field of the General Department for the Care of Minors in addition to its affiliated directorates in Baghdad (Directorate for the Care of Minors in Karkh, Directorate of Care of Minors in Rusafa, and Directorate of Care of Minors in Sadr City), while the study community was represented by administrative, legal and accountants staff within all administrative levels).

The number of (200) employees, as a sample of them was withdrawn to represent (132) individuals, according to the equation (Steven Thompson equation) and the questionnaire was distributed to them and then (125) questionnaires were retrieved and (117) questionnaires were valid for statistical analysis.

The study concluded that there is an awareness of the strategic values of the Iraqi Ministry of Justice defined in the strategic plan of the ministry (2018-2022) in the department of minors care, and the study recommended deepening these values and moving away from the pretentious and exaggerated values.
