This study aims to focus on diagnosing and evaluating event communication adopted in institutions as a crisis management strategy, especially with regard to media relations and reliance on web and multimedia applications.

We will discuss how institutions deal with crises that attract the attention of the masses and their dependence on the means of communication is increasing, which is accelerating to learn general and personal information about the event in the institution and use the information to discuss it, inform and warn others, and also call for effective solutions to the crisis.

By introducing and targeting digital media in organizing communication activities in institutions and their various uses within the framework of built-in communication strategies.
