Food is one of life's most basic requirements.

Because food is so important to humans, the lawmaker has established the means and methods by which food can be protected.

To that end, he delegated administrative authority to take the necessary precautions to avoid food contamination.

Therefore, this study focuses on administrative control in the field of public health, explaining the administrative control authorities and their role in protecting food from contamination in restaurants.

The goal of the study is to identify the legal and material tools used by administrative control authorities to protect food from contamination.

These means include both legal and material means.

There are also multiple bodies in charge of this control, which may result in some overlap in their competencies.

The goal of the study is to determine whether the administrative authority has legal and material means to control food, and whether these means provide legal protection to restaurants.

This study identifies legal guarantees that are represented in administrative grievances or recourse to the judiciary through the filing of a lawsuit for cancellation or compensation if the conditions of each are met.

The descriptive analytical approach is used in this research.

Therefore, we began by describing and analyzing the relevant statutory texts, as well as the applications of the administrative courts of the Board of Grievances.

Thus, we recommend that the management body be obliged to give reasons for rejecting the grievance, that the parties entitled to impose penalties under the food system be unified, and that the dates of appeal against the management body's decisions issued in accordance with the food system be standardized.
