The research deals with the impact of the Corona pandemic on the visit of the forty Imam Hussein(peace be upon him), and the pilgrimage to the Sacred House of God is a comparative geographicalstudy, the research aims to explain the epidemics that swept the world and the impact of the Hajj seasonsand the visit of the forty in light of the current global health situation, and the importance of healthservices and preventive measures to confront the Corona pandemic Because of the importance of thistype of comparative studies to benefit from other experiences, as a result of the risks that could be causedby the crowds and gatherings of millions in the forty-day visit.

These services and their distribution in the city of Karbala and Makkah Al-Mukarramah, and theappropriateness of that distribution in providing a better service, and the measures taken by the Iraqi andSaudi government to control the health situation and the possibility for Iraq to benefit from some healthpilgrimage procedures in light of the Corona pandemic, including the restriction of the forty to citizensand residents inside Iraq in the event of high injuries, the imposition of wearing masks at the entrancesto the city of Karbala, and the opening of specialized studies for crowd medicine.
