We note that the sounds of the word may affect each other, and the sounds in their influence aim or tend to a kind of phonemic similarity, which enters the doors of substitution and morphological integration, and in fact this influence is a phonemic harmony between the sounds of one language.

And substitution is a phonetic morphological phenomenon, and the aim of it is to bring the sounds together in the exit or in the adjective, as a result of the juxtaposition of the sounds and their impact and influence on each other, and that the two alternating letters are close in the exit and adjectives, and it is to push the weight, and to obtain an easier and lighter morphological structure in use, and in this substitution represented a formula “افتعل ” is the ideal model for the occlusal letters and their impact on the morphological substitution in the Holy Qur’an, when its fulfillment is one of the occlusal sounds (ta’, za’, s’ad, and d’ad ).

Merging (Idghaam) is a phonetic morphological phenomenon, which is the insertion of two adjacent letters into each other, so they are pronounced by one sound, due to the influence of adjacent sounds, and the speaker tends to merge for the purpose of facilitating, damping and saving effort, and avoiding the difficulty of using the chain of utterance that makes it difficult to use.

And the Qur’anic readings (متواترة و شاذة) represented the ideal model for the occlusal letters merged in the readings, and Merging (Idghaam) (the substitution of t for merging) occurs abundantly at the level of a single word in some Arabic forms, such as : (افتعل، و تفعل، و تفاعل) where the letter ta’ is turned into ta’a, or za’a, or 'Sa', if the fa' is an occlusal letter.

This study aims to clarify the nature of the applied letters, and the morphological chapters in which the applied letters have been affected, namely: Substitution, Merging, and benefiting from the efforts of the ancients and modernists of Arabic scholars and interpreters of the Holy Qur’an, so this study is an applied analytical study.
