The Title of this Research is: Opposability of the Concept of Contradiction to the Hanifis - An applied Study to examples from the Jurisprudence of Family.

Its aim is to clarify the opposability of contradiction to the Hanifis by rooting and application.

The research contains a preface, and two topics.

The first topic is about the opposability of the concept of contradiction to the Hanifis.

The second contains applied examples from the Jurisprudence of Family to the concept of contradiction.

Among the most crucial results are as follows: - Proving the opposite of the expressed judgement to the untouched one.

- Claiming its opposability according to the Hanifis needs to be detailed.

- The best way for doing so is by looking into the opposability of each section of the concept of contradiction according to Hanifis.

- Considering the concept of contradiction or not, is classified according to Hanifis, by the jurisprudential application, into four cases: the origin of three of which is accepted by the Hanifis by not considering the concept of contradiction, while the fourth is the one that they abandoned its origins, which reflects the Hanifis' adherence to their origins in most jurisprudential issues.

Key Recommendations of the research: - Caring for applied studies of fundamentalist issues for more clarification in order to reach rooting results that, perhaps, were not expressed in the origins, or that significant reasons for their abandonment were not found.

- Conducting an applied study to the opposability of the concept's divisions in the view of Hanifis in order to come out with more precise and clear details.

- Studying the reasons of Hanifis' abandonment of their origin and their consideration of the contradiction concept in some issues.
