The current study aimed to investigate the relationship between the field of artificial intelligence, its systems and techniques, and the field of knowledge management and its operations; this is for the following : reaching the most important and most important artificial intelligence techniques related to the field of knowledge management, reaching the most important uses, directives and instructions for integrating them together, and reaching the most important results, guidelines and recommendations that benefit researchers and those interested in employing these two fields together.

the researcher used the documentary descriptive approach based on the analysis of previous studies.

the study reached many results that prove a significant positive impact when employing and using artificial intelligence systems and technologies within knowledge management processes as artificial intelligence enhances the performance and efficiency of knowledge management.

the researcher reached a number of recommendations, such as : the need to employ artificial intelligence systems and technologies in all fields and organizations that seek to employ knowledge management in order to achieve competitive and operational advantage, creativity and innovation, the need to allocate technical units and human competencies within organizations interested in integrating artificial intelligence techniques with knowledge management, and the need to conduct many practical and field studies that link knowledge management and artificial intelligence techniques, especially in the Arab countries.
