This research deals with the problem of taking into account the conditions of the respondents, their environments, and their customs in electronic fatwas, and how to qualify the muftis to confront them, especially the efforts of the Al-Azhar International Center for Electronic Fatwas in this regard, with a presentation of some jurisprudential applications to take into account the conditions of the respondents through the fatwas issued by it; Which draws the attention of the muftis to the ignorance of the jurisprudence of reality, and the lack of consideration of time and place when issuing a fatwa; He may cause the questioners into hardship and hardship, burden them more than they can bear, and demand that they are not within their power; In the end, this leads to them not complying with what the wise Sharia commanded and alienating them from it, and the matter becomes more dangerous when the mufti communicates with the questioner through electronic means; Since they did not meet face to face; Which may reflect negatively on the Mufti's understanding of the reality of the issue and his perception of it, and harm the interests of the individual and society.
