The study aimed to: Identify the concept of entrepreneurship and its features and characteristics from the reality of the literary heritage and by identifying the views of scholars and researchers, monitor the most important goals that can be achieved in light of achieving entrepreneurship within educational institutions, and reveal the relationship between achieving the principles and foundations of entre- .preneurship and achieving excellence Institutional in the light of Vision 2030 The study used: the descriptive approach, with its analytical style, and in light of what the researcher presented from previous studies and analysis of the liter- ary heritage, the study reached a set of results, the most important of which are: • There are seven characteristics that are most effective in achieving institu- tional excellence in the light of Vision 2030: general entrepreneurial read- iness, self-control in matters, motivation to achieve, independence, eager- ness to create wealth, self-confidence, tendency to take risks, while other traits did not appear.

Such as: initiative, responsibility, innovation, desire for change, and ability to compete.

There is a significant relationship between the entrepreneurial traits en- joyed by students and the possibility of them establishing new entrepre- neurial projects after their graduation, although this relationship is based on the extent to which educational leadership enjoys many characteristics and features, including flexibility, democracy, innovation and creativity.

Designing laws and legislation in a way that supports and meets the needs of pioneering activities in civil society to serve all societal institutions.

Generalizing and integrating entrepreneurship courses into university cur- ricula in order to create a conscious generation that has all the future skills that qualify it to achieve success, excellence and creativity.
