The object of this study is to know the requirements of developing the administrative performance of secondary school principals in the capital Sana'a in light of the administrative creativity approach, and to find out whether there are statistically significant differences between the destinations of the study sample members about the importance of the requirements for developing principals' performance in the light of the administrative creativity approach.

The study used the descriptive survey method and adopted a questionnaire consisting of (20) paragraph, applied to a sample consisting of 422 individuals, including 87 principals and 335 teachers, the study found a group of the most important results: that the degree of approval sample members of the study The requirements for developing the administrative performance of secondary school principals in the capital Sana'a in light of the entrance to administrative creativity came to a "very large" degree.

The study also showed that there were statistically significant differences at the significance level (0.05) between the averages The responses of the study members towards the requirements for developing administrative performance due to the variable "type", and the differences were in favor of males, and there were statistically significant differences between the average responses of the study members due to the variable "job title" and in favor of managers.

In light of the results, the study recommended the necessity of providing administrative performance development requirements for secondary school principals in the capital Sana'a, and designing training programs to develop their administrative performance and reach the level of creativity.
