الملخص العربي

قد أصبح دور أردوغان والدور التركي يأخذ شكلا واضحا وفعالا في الشرق الأوسط وبدعم كبير من الجمهور العربي ونتج ذلك الدعم عن الخطابات المحترفة الملهمه المدعمه بجدليات قوية التي يستخدمها اوردغان في خطاباته.

إن هذة الخطابات نجحت في اقناع عدد كبير من الجمهور، والتي أيضا ساعدت تركيا في تحقيق بعض من اهدافها السياسية على الصعيد الاقليمي والدولي.

وعليه هناك حاجة ماسة لدراسة هذة الظاهرة للتعلم منها والتزويد بمخطط عن كيفية بنية الخطابات السياسية وكيفية استخدام السياسيين للكثير من الجدليات المنظمة والمركبة بطريقة تقدع الجمهور بما هو مطلوب بغض النظر عن أهدافهم و نواياهم.

إن الدراسة، حقيقة، تبحث في فن استخدام اللغة في الجدليات.

ترتكز الجدلية التداولية على النقاشات والادوات البلاغية في الخطابات.

لذلك تصنف الدراسة مراحل النقاشات وتعرف أيضا أدوات البلاغة في ثلاث تصنيفات لتجعل الخطابات مفهومة بشكل أفضل.

وقد توصل الباحث الى أن أردوغان بارع في استخدام النقاشات لاقناع جمهوره والتي هي مبنية على طريقة جدلية وليس اعتباطاً.

وقد نجحت الأدوات البلاغية في كسب تعاطف الجمهور لأفكار المتحدث من خلال ثلاثة مصطلحات مثل الأخلاقيات والتفخيم الدرامي والعقلانية وقد نجح استخدام المصطلحات المواصلة جذب انتباه الجمهور وتعاطفه لقضايا العالم الاسلامي وتسليط الضوء على الظلم الممارس على المسلمين في جميع أنحاء العالم.

إن سياسة الكيل بمكالين والظلم والتمثيل غير العادل للمسلمين أجبر بعضهم على أن يصبحوا ضحايا الارهاب.

الملخص الإنجليزي

Erdogan and the Turkish role have become apparent and influential in the Middle East with great popularity from the Arab public.

This growing effect results from a professional and inspirational use of political speech with solid arguments used by Erdogan.

The arguments succeeded to convince his audience and helped Turkey achieve some political goals regionally and globally.

Therefore, there is a need to investigate this phenomenon and learn from it and to provide a structural sketch of how political speeches are built and how politicians use a lot of arguments.

Their arguments are structured and systematic in a way to convince the audience regardless of their objectives and intentions.

It, in fact, investigates the art of language use with arguments.

The pragma-dialectic model is based on arguments and the use of rhetoric devices in the speeches.

It categorizes the stages of arguments and it also defines the rhetoric devices into three categories, which makes the speeches better understandable.

The researcher has achieved that Erdogan has a very professional use of arguments to persuade his audience, which is built on an argumentative way and not haphazardly.

Also, the rhetoric devices managed to obtain the audience sympathy to his ideas to direct the audience to keep paying attention and sympathy to the issues of the Islamic world highlighting the injustice exerted on Muslims all over the world.

The double standards, injustice and the misrepresentation of the Islamic world in the international assemblies are the ones who feed terrorism and push the innocent to the limit and become victims of terrorism
