This study attempts to answer the following questions: What is the modern legal policy followed in mosques work? In terms of the security and healthy measures taken in order to advance the role of the mosque and return it to its previous era? What are the procedures followed to develop the mosque’s work in line with the current situation in light of the spread of the Corona pandemic? What are the future visions of mosques? Therefore, the study comes in two sections, each section has its demands, and these demands are: Introducing the mosque with the linguistic and idiomatic definitions, the emergence of the mosque and its role during the era of the Messenger - may Allah bless him and grant him peace - and the righteous predecessors, and how to choose the imam in each of the Sultan Mosque.

As for the second topic, I had mentioned the security and healthy measures in mosques from the first era until the present time, in light of the Corona pandemic, and then talked about the future vision of mosques.

Finally, this study was concluded with the most important results, the most important of which are: Getting to know the concept of the mosque as a place of worship, learning about the origins of mosques, the first mosque built in Islam, and the role of mosques in the era of the Messenger - may God’s prayers and peace be upon him - where the Prime Minister is currently a center for faith and educational radiation, a fatwa, a base for armies, and a refuge for the poor and for an advice.

The legal policy adopted in appointing imams in the Sultanate Mosque and the civil community (Al-Ahly) in the Sultanate must be appointed by the ruler, but the private one is chosen by the people.

The security measures that the Prophet, peace be upon him, took in his mosque, and the commandments that the companions recommended to preserve the prestige of the mosque, and that the demolition and burning of the Dirar Mosque came for security purposes and necessity.

It is forbidden to buy and sell and to sing about the lost, meaning do not take mosques for worldly matters.

Security measures at the present time of choosing those who are scientifically qualified after passing the exam and the personal interview, not allowing the unqualified to give lessons to prevent spoiling people’s minds from the presence of the ruler or his deputy in order to avoid sedition, which is now represented by elements of the police or intelligence, the state’s supervision of the system in times of crowding in mosques, publishing books and the Qur’an as a matter of calling, censoring books and what is published in the mosque to prevent corruption of people’s minds and the spread of heresies.

The necessity of taking precautionary and health preventive measures, in mosques, to confront the spread of the Corona epidemic, such as distancing, wearing a mask, using sterilizers, limiting the duration of the Friday sermon, and closing mosques during the prescribed prayers in which a large number of people gather.

The legitimate policy in the future vision of mosques, from the necessity of uniting imams, opens the way for imams to meet through conferences, unifies Friday sermons in the Islamic world in disasters and calamities, their diversity and non-repetition, based on their translation into other languages, freedom of opinion to raise their voices in what pleases God in Advocacy and gives an image of tolerance and peace about Islam and away from disobedience.

I have followed the methodology of induction in the mothers of books and inference from the legal texts in the Book and the Sunnah, and by referring to the laws of defense.
