This study aims to identify the level of professional ethics and its dimensions (Respect of laws and regulations, Adherence to responsibility, Proper behavior and good treatment, Justice, Integrity and transparency), and its relationship with the The process of making administrative decisions in general secondary education schools in Benghazi .

The researcher followed the descriptive analytical method, and used the questionnaire form as a main tool in data collection.

The study population consisted of all (62) directors of the general secondary education schools in Bengha .

In his complete study of data analysis, the researcher used the comprehensive inventory method and the statistical packages program (spss).

The study has reached many results, the level of professional ethics and in the study, and the study reached several results, the most important of which are that the level of professional ethics and its dimensions taken together has been high, and that the level of administrative decision-making process has been medium, as well as an average positive relationship between professional ethics with its combined dimensions and management decision-making process, The study also revealed the existence of a weak direct relationship between the dimensions of justice, courtesy, good treatment, and administrative decision- making process.

The study recommended several recommendations that are hoped to increase the level of administrative decision-making process in general secondary education schools in Benghazi.
