The study tackled subject of readers and linguists' tilt, the study aimed to study the tilt as well as identifying its causes, restrictions, and act on its judgments, and knowledge of nouns which the tilt is permissible through and the nouns which are refrain from thetilt The study followed the descriptive approach to describe the data, moreover the inductive approach to digging deeper from the simple micro cases to the general macro rules.

The study achieved to interested result such as: ease of pronunciation that of tongue is rising with (Futha punctuation) and descends with tilt, therefore the decline is more light to the tongue from rising.

The language experts recommended with studying the tilt and identifying its texts, moreover the common locations between the readers and linguists, furthermore identification of its rules and texts.
