This study aims at detecting domestic abuse (physical and verbal) and its relationship to depression and social stigma of the physically disabled in the Gaza Strip.

The researcher used the descriptive analytical approach to conduct this study.

The study tools are the domestic abuse scale and social stigma scale; both prepared by the researcher, and the Pearson's scale of depression.

The study tools were applied to a stratified random sample consisted of 286 children with motor disabilities.

The most important findings of the study : The study found that domestic abuse is moderate among the physically disabled with a relative weight of (52.6%).

The verbal abuse dimension came first with a relative weight of (54.6%), followed by the physical abuse dimension with a relative weight of (50.9%).

Depressions' relative weight was (69.8%) which indicates that the respondents have a moderate degree of depression while the relative weight of the stigma was (58.3%), which also indicates that the respondents have a moderate degree of social stigma.

The findings also showed that there was a statistically significant relationship between domestic abuse and depression, as well as a statistically significant relationship between domestic abuse and social stigma among the physically disabled in the Gaza Strip.

However, there are no statistically significant differences in mean scores of the study sample responses about domestic abuse among physically disabled in the Gaza Strip attributable to the variables (gender, place of residence, age, cause of disability, the number of family members).

There are statistically significant differences in domestic abuse (physical and verbal) among the physically disabled in the Gaza Strip attributable to : (socio-economic status, father's educational qualification, mother's educational qualification).

There are no statistically significant differences in depression among the physically disabled in the Gaza Strip attributable to : (gender, age, socioeconomic status, father's educational qualification, mother's educational qualification, number of family members).

There are statistically significant differences on depression among the physically disabled in the Gaza Strip attributable to (place of residence, cause of disability), while there are no statistically significant differences on the social stigma of the physically disabled in Gaza attributable to (gender, place of residence, Age, father's educational qualification, number of family members).

There are statistically significant differences on the social stigma of the physically disabled in the Gaza Strip attributable to (socio-economic status, mother's educational qualification, cause of disability).
