- تهدف الدراسة إلى معرفة ما إذا كان المحتوى التعليمي و التدريبي لبرامج تأهيل ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة مهنيا مناسب لخصائص المعاقين، و ذلك من خلال آراء المدربين المتخصصين كل في مجاله و المتدربين من المعاقين الملتحقين بمراكز التكوين المهني المخصصة لذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة، حيث تركز مشكلة الدراسة على الإجابة على التساؤلات التالية: هل يناسب المحتوى التعليمي و التدريبي لبرامج تأهيل ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة مهنيا خصائص المعاقين؟ و هل توجد فروق في استجابات المدربين و المتدربين حول ما إذا كان المحتوى التعليمي و التدريبي لبرامج تأهيل ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة مهنيا خصائص المعاقين؟ و قد خلصت الدراسة إلى تأكيد كل من المدربين و المتدربين على أن المحتوى التعليمي و التدريبي لبرامج تأهيل ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة مهنيا مناسب لخصائص المعاقين، كما توصلت الدراسة إلى أن هناك فروق بين استجابات المدربين و استجابات المتدربين، فقد لوحظ أن المدربين أجابوا على عبارات المحور بشكل مختلف عن المتدربين حول مناسبة محتوى برامج التأهيل المهني لخصاص المعاقين.

The study aims to find out whether the educational and training content of vocational rehabilitation programs for people with special needs is adapted to the characteristics of disabled people, through the opinions of specialized trainers, each in their own field, and trainees from people with disabilities who are enrolled in vocational training centers for people with special needs, where the problem of study is concentrated To answer the following questions: The educational and training content of vocational rehabilitation programs for people with special needs special matches the characteristics of people with disabilities? Are there differences in the responses of trainers and trainees on whether the educational and training content of vocational rehabilitation programs for people with special needs are characteristics of the disabled? The study concluded that both trainers and trainees confirm that the educational and training content of special-needs vocational rehabilitation programs is tailored to the characteristics of people with disabilities, and the study also revealed that there are differences between the answers of the trainers and the answers of the trainees.
Trainers were noticed to respond to axis sentences in a certain way.

L'étude vise à savoir si le contenu éducatif et de formation des programmes de réadaptation professionnelle pour les personnes ayant des besoins particuliers est adapté aux caractéristiques des personnes handicapées, à travers les avis de formateurs spécialisés, chacun dans son domaine, et de stagiaires de personnes handicapées qui sont inscrits dans des centres de formation professionnelle destinés aux personnes ayant des besoins particuliers, où se concentre le problème d'étude Pour répondre aux questions suivantes: Le contenu éducatif et de formation des programmes de réadaptation professionnelle pour les personnes ayant des besoins spéciaux correspond-il aux caractéristiques des personnes handicapées? Y a-t-il des différences dans les réponses des formateurs et des stagiaires sur la question de savoir si le contenu éducatif et de formation des programmes de réadaptation professionnelle pour les personnes ayant des besoins spéciaux est des caractéristiques des handicapés? L'étude a conclu que tant les formateurs que les stagiaires confirment que le contenu éducatif et de formation des programmes de réadaptation professionnelle adaptés aux besoins spécifiques est adapté aux caractéristiques des personnes handicapées, et l'étude a également révélé qu'il existe des différences entre les réponses des formateurs et les réponses des stagiaires.
On a remarqué que les formateurs répondaient aux phrases de l'axe d'une certaine manière.
