إذا كانت فكرة الشركة لا تعدو عن كونها وسيلة يسعى الأفراد من خلالها إلى الجمع بين قدراتهم المتنوعة، للتعاون من أجل مباشرة الأنشطة التجارية، فالحقيقة أن هذه الشركة لم تكن سوى عقد بين الشركاء، يتضمن الشروط التي على أساسها تتم مباشرة النشاط التجاري، و اقتسام ما يسفر عنه من ربح أو تحمل ما ينجم عنه من خسارة، و تقوم الشركات التجارية على مبدئين في غاية الأهمية، و هما مبدأ الاعتبار المالي و مبدأ الاعتبار الشخصي، هذا الأخير الذي يعتبر عنصر ذا عمق نفسي و وجداني سوسيولوجي يتعلق بذات الشريك بالشركة، و على هذا سنحاول توضيح التموقع المادي لهذا المبدأ في الشركات التجارية مع التركيز على شركات الأشخاص.

If the idea of the company is nothing more than a means through which individuals seek to combine their diverse capabilities, to cooperate in order to conduct commercial activities, the truth is that this company was nothing but a contract between partners, which includes the conditions on the basis of which the commercial activity is conducted, and what results the profit or loss resulting from it, and the commercial companies are based on two very important principles, namely the principle of financial consideration and the principle of personal consideration, the latter which is an element of psychological, emotional, and sociological depth related to the same partner in the company, and on this we will try to clarify the physical location for this principle in commercial companies with an emphasis on people companies.

Si l'idée de l'entreprise n'est rien de plus qu'un moyen par lequel les individus cherchent à combiner leurs diverses capacités, à coopérer afin de mener des activités commerciales, la vérité est que cette entreprise n'était rien d'autre qu'un contrat entre partenaires, qui comprend la conditions sur la base desquelles l'activité commerciale est exercée et quels sont les résultats du profit ou de la perte qui en résultent, et les sociétés commerciales reposent sur deux principes très importants, à savoir le principe de considération financière et le principe de considération personnelle, la ce dernier qui est un élément de profondeur psychologique, émotionnelle et sociologique lié au même partenaire dans l'entreprise, et sur ce point nous tenterons de clarifier la localisation physique de ce principe dans les entreprises commerciales en mettant l'accent sur les entreprises humaines.
