This study is very important, as it sheds light on an important era in Syria's cultural history, So I studied this subject as a descriptive, analytic, and deductive study.

I first showed the meanings and terminology of the title, the cultural fates of the Syrian society after the war and conflict, as judging something is a branch of its conception.

Then I studied the state of culture in Syrian society during the last century with historical views on culture and education in the Levant in general since the East.

Islamic civilization, then reviewed the state of culture, education and education in the regions of northern Syria in the last decade .

And it reached many results, including that the Syrian family’s role in guiding and educating is still weak, and it walks on a limp, especially in the camps that suffer from poverty, hunger, nudity and ignorance.

And the positive and good role of what religious institutions do, as they take in the hand of many young people to the right path, understand the way, and provide society with useful and beneficial to society in culture, thought and training .
