The aim of this research is to suggest the psychologicalstrategies necessary to activate psychological self-support for victims of the trauma of wars and armed conflicts. The qualitative approach was used to answer the research questions and achieve its objectives. The research found a set of psychological strategies that would activate self-psychological support for victims of the trauma of wars and armed conflicts. The research concluded with a set of recommendations,themost important ofwhich is the recommendation to spread psychological awareness that allows benefiting from the psychological strategies proposed in thisresearch to activate self-p sychological support for individuals who live under the stressful conditions that characterize the post-war society.
