Recently, criminal gangs as well as extremist organizations have emerged, making use of all modern technology to achieve their terrorist and criminal ends, and launch their violent armed attacks, endangering security and stability of society.

this study is intended to highlight the concept of security early warning systems; to illustrate their major features; to throw the spotlight on security early warning systems tools and modern sensors and to demonstrate major relevant means, including drones and satellites.

descriptive, analytical method was used for the description and the scientific and practical analysis of all aspects and components of the study to reach substantive results.

study describes relevant facts and information, and analyses the same to come up with major rules and regulations with respect to the topic to develop a clear, comprehensive vision in addressing rapid security incidents.

as per findings, advances in the field of electronic early warning systems, and provision of reconnaissance teams with radar, thermal, laser, sound and wireless sensors will facilitate detection of enemy movement, thus minimizing the likelihood of force’s vulnerability.

this will also help security forces take the lead, and ensure more successful confrontations and incursions.

study focuses on the establishment of an early warning system with huge, accurate data on theatre of operation.

the aim is to enable security leaders to develop their plans with great skill after taking all measures to protect forces.

such data also enable forces to respond promptly to enemy’s method of attack; early warning systems monitor enemy’s movement, its technical equipment, human and material resources; its position and deployment, in addition to nature of battlefield and weather conditions.
