The problem of the study is summarized in the following questions: does the client's personality affects the reduction of banking defult in commercial banks? do the economic situations surrounding the client's activity affects the defult bank funding? the study aimed at recognizing the client's personal characteristics that help reducing bank defult in commercial banks, explaining the impact of the economic situations surrounding the client activity on the bank funding defult.

the study population contented of staff in banks, and the study sample were chosen in desperate way of study socity, the researcher distriputed (160) questionary forms to the aimed administrations and departments, interial audit, reskes, commitment person and investment.

the study tested the following hypotheses: there is a statistically indicative relationship between the personal characteristics of the client and the bank defult; there is a statistically indicative relationship between the personal characteristics of the client and the bank funding defult.

the study reached several results, some of which are: change in behavior and credibility on the part of the client increases the bank funding defult; recession and economic inflation impact the level of banking funding redemption failure.

on the basis of the previous results, the researcher presented several recommendations, some of which are: following banking standards in accordance with global, regional, and local developments; making people aware of them; spreading awareness and banking culture, ; and increasing the competency of funding administration staff and supplying them with all client-related data and requirements.
