This study aimed to know the effect of Corona virus pandemic on the marketing services in Sudan (case study – Sudani Telecom Company).

The problem of this study is the exacerbating of administrative problems in organizations caused by the Corona virus pandemic, as well as the preventive measures taken by the Sudanese authorities to stop the spread of the pandemic.

As a result, service institutions were most affected by these procedures.

The importance of this study stems from the lack of research and studies on the marketing of services during the Corona pandemic and can thus be considered as a valuable contribution to enriching the Arab library.

The study used the historical, deductive, case and analytical descriptive approaches using the SPSS.

To enter the data of the study, percentages and standard deviation were used for the answers of the study community.

The data of the study were collected by a questionnaire and a number of results have been reached, the most important of which is the validation of all hypotheses.
