The study aimed to know the impact of psychological ownership with its dimensions(self-efficacy, self-realization, belonging, responsibility) on the quality of health services provided with its dimensions (tangible, dependability, response, empathy) in the royal Jordanian medical services.

in order to achieve the objectives of the study and answer its questions and test its hypotheses, the study relied on the inductive and descriptive approaches.

where the study population included all nurses (legal and participating) in the royal medical service).

as for the study sample, it was chosen by the simple random method, where the sample included (367) male and female nurses (legal and participant) in the royal medical services, who numbered (7055) male and female nurses, and to ensure obtaining a high response, (400) questionnaires were distributed to nurses in medical city hospital; 385 of them were retrieved, and 13 questionnaires were excluded for not completing their answers regarding the questions related to the study model, thus the number of valid questionnaires for analysis is 372.

the questionnaire was used as a tool to collect the necessary data, which were analyzed using a set of statistical methods using the statistical package for humanities and social sciences.

the results showed an impact of psychological ownership on the quality of health services provided, an impact of psychological ownership on tangibility, and an impact of psychological ownership on dependability, responsiveness, and empathy, each separately.

in light of the results, the study recommended the necessity of enhancing the administration's sense of psychological ownership of employees, which has an impact on the quality of services, and working to equip nurses to deal with sudden events correctly.
