This study aimed to reveal the extent to which there is an impact of the application of electronic business on job performance in the Jordanian petroleum products marketing company (Jopetrol), and to show the extent to which there is an impact of the application of electronic business represented by its dimensions on both the volume of performance, speed of achievement and quality of performance in the Jordan petroleum products marketing company (Jopetrol).

to achieve the objectives of the study, the researcher relied on the descriptive analytical approach, and the study population consisted of all administrative employees who work at the middle management level in the Jordanian petroleum products marketing company (Jopetrol) at the company's main center in the Jordanian capital Amman, and their number is (120) employees.

the final study sample consisted of (92) employees of the company.

the answers of the study sample were also analyzed through the statistical analysis program (SPSS), and the study reached several results represented in the presence of a statistically significant impact of the application of electronic business represented by its dimensions (technological requirements, flexibility and cost) on job performance in its dimensions (volume of performance, speed of completion, quality).

in light of the results of the study, the researcher provided several recommendations, most notably focusing on electronic business in a way that ensures reducing production costs, and the need to focus on the volume of performance through the development of current and strategic plans through which the volume of performance is determined to raise the productive efficiency of employees in a company marketing of Jordanian petroleum products (Jopetrol).
