This article aims to study and investigate a manuscript entitled Interpretation of Ayat al-Kursi by Mohammed ben Omar Baharq al-Hadrami.

This manuscript addresses the Interpretation of Ayat al-Kursi, clarifying the doctrinal issues it contains, presenting the topic properly and clearly.

The study is divided into three sections.

The first section has been devoted to introducing the author: his name, family, birth, scientific status, scientific works and death.

The second section tackles the manuscript addressing the title verification, its author, and references cited, the methodology used, its characteristics, the methodology of investigation, and describing its handwritten copies.

The third section has been devoted to investigating the manuscript text scientifically.

The study concludes summarizing the most important findings and recommendations of the study.
