The importance of the study is to highlight the importance and role of manifestations of the surface of the earth in the tourism industry and find forms that attract tourists to these areas that the tourism development process in the study area It is concentrated in the terrain milestones, the most prominent of which is the diversity of the tourist value of geomorphological monuments resulting from geological processes and sculpting and semicircle factors, which constitute important milestones for tourism.

The scientific and practical importance of studying in the field of benefiting from these natural phenomena is in the development of geomorphological tourism, especially in desert areas or those that possess many patterns of desert environments Or the hot environments in which sculpting and weathering factors are active, and to achieve the goals of the study, more than one approach has been merged, the most important of which is the descriptive analytical approach, the applied approach, quantitative, cartographic and photographic methods, and the study of the on-site investigation and the field study of these great manifestations to enrich the information, and the result of the questionnaire on the size of economic income was And the size of the number of tourists for those who go to these areas (mountains, valleys, plateaus, caves and other surface manifestations) and (forest tourists and industrial resorts) found that the land surface landmarks are an effective role and the basic attraction of tourism in the region, as this result was one of the most important methods to achieve the goals of the study, and the study concluded that the land surface features are one of the most important elements of tourism in the region and that all types of development are adopted Basically on the forms and manifestations of the surface of the earth, the study recommends the application of geographic information systems and technologies and remote sensing to choose the most appropriate places for the development of geomorphological tourism in the region and in the regions of countries that are similar to the climate and environment similar to the study climate
