References section in libraries starts moving after the appearance of the net and the informations technology ,as it provides people with great possibilities, thus , this reference section starts developing itself , its abilities and its services to become an indispensible scientific reference power , like this libraries get back their importance after starting the speech about their neglection in the information’s society .When the library is armed with the technological force in the reference section, it begins training their users to use this technology competently and effeciently, moreover to train them The way of using these technological means.

As a result, libraries has faced a big development in the reference services that creates modern services especially in this field.In order to know this, we conducted a field study of the main public reading library in the wilaya of Adrar in Algeria in order to know the extent to which its specialists keep pace with developments in the field of information and what modern services they provide to the beneficiaries.

Where we found that these specialists are working hard on using various modern technologies to gain the trust of the beneficiaries through The modern services and value that they provide with this library
