The study aimed to identify the degree of availability of competencies of e - learning by the teachers of the basic phase of the first blue breeding in Jordan, and to detect whether there were statistically significant differences between the answers to study sample, and adopted a researcher on the descriptive approach (analytical and survey) to achieve the objectives of the study, and represented the research sample in (302) teachers, and it was the most important findings of the study : that the degree of availability of competencies of e-learning by the teachers of the basic phase of the first blue breeding in Jordan in general came medium with a mean of (3.17) and the percentage reached (63.44%)the third domain of the tool ranked first as the highest degree of availability, followed by the second domain in the second rank, then followed by the fourth domain in the third rank, and the first domain came in the fourth and last rank .

the results of the study also showed that there were no statistically significant differences between the answers of the study sample members about the degree of availability of e-learning competencies for them according to the gender variable at the level of the first and fourth domains and the tool as a whole, while there are statistically significant differences according to the gender variable at the level of the second and third domains and in favor of the male category .the results also showed the presence of statistically significant differences between the differences in answers to the study sample about the degree of members of the availability of competencies of e - learning have according to the variable of academic qualification at the level of all areas and the tool as a whole, where the differences between the class (high diploma) category (BA) in favor of a class higher diploma, and between a category (high diploma) and a category (master and above) in favor of a master’s category and above, and between a category (bachelor) and a category (master and above) in favor of a master’s category and above, while there are no statistical differences depending on the educational qualification variable at the level of the third field between the category (high diploma) and the category (high diploma) (bachelor), and at the level of the second and fourth fields between the category (high diploma) and the category (masters and above).

the results showed that there were no statistical differences between the answers of the study sample members about the degree of availability of e-learning competencies for them according to the variable years of experience at the level of all fields and the tool as a whole.
