The study aims to highlight some rulings in matters of purity and prayer, as a comparative study between Zaideyah and Shafi’eyah.

the researcher divided his study into a preface and two dimensions, and in each dimension, there are demands and sub-demands under each demand.

i dealt, in the preface, the research terms` definitions and their specifics.

in the first dimension, under first demand, the rule of licenses, and in the rest of the demands, the application of the rule of licenses is not entrusted with sins in some matters of purity (istinja’a - tayammum - wiping over the socks).

in the second dimension, the application of the rule of licenses is not entrusted with sins in some of the issues of prayer (who is obligated to pray and who is not obligated to him - the rule of the apostate - who lost his mind in ihram-facing the Qiblah-Friday prayer - the traveler’s prayer).

these issues came in their entirety, after investigating the source of the dispute on it, its cause, and the sayings of the two schools of thought (Zaydi and Shafi’i) and the combination of the two thoughts in this matter, that leaves no doubt that the heritage of Islamic jurisprudence is a sea without a coast, and that each of the two schools seeks to clarify the truth with its evidence, relying on the principles of doctrines of inference and deduction.
