The civilian responsibility is considered one of the most important issues the civil law was focused on it for the connection it has with the concept of compensation for damages, especially that the general rule dictates that anyone of who caused damage by making a mistake is obligated to compensate for it.

so the other which is being talked about in that responsibility is the foreign side in the contractual relation sides but related directly with the debtor, as for the other who’s not related to the debtor it is one of the causes of responsibility.

thus the study dealt with the contractual responsibility for the act of the others and its corners up to its applications and its effect by the act of others.
