thereon transsexualism characterizes by manifestations of sexual deviation such as effeminacy, pederasty and similarity to other gender.

the matter of gender change has raised many of legal problems; including extent to contradict transsexualism operation with public order, and whether the consent of patient alone is sufficient to compromised the safety of his body and change his sex in response to his desire for absence of legal provisions regulating this topic, or justifying by medical necessity.
