This study falls within the studies of organizational behavior within organizations, where the study aimed to ensure that there is resistance to change in the digital way (official email, digital package provided by the university to complete the job work, etc.) and the study was applied to a stratified sample of central library employees The study assumed the following general hypothesis: There is a significant correlation between resistance to change and digital tools, and there is a significant effect relationship between digital tools and resistance to change.

The study reached a set of conclusions, namely, the presence of a high degree of correlation between digital tools and resistance to change, and the presence of a significant effect of digital tools in resisting change, and this is what the results of the study disclosed, and this indicates the flexibility of leadership in the issue of dealing with workers through their use of digital tools, and the study recommends identifying the psychology of employees and discovering their reactions, building a culture of change among employees and motivating employees to adhere to its principles, surveying employees’ opinions and problems and involving them in the change related to their jobs, and keeping pace with educational institutions with digital and renewable transformations and exploiting them in support of sustainable economic development goals.
