The study aims to present a proposal for reducing the dropping out of students in educational institutions in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

To achieve the purpose of this study and answer its questions, the researchers used analysis of reality and research methods.

Also, the researchers followed this research descriptive approach to identify educational wastage concept, limiting the factors associated with dropping out, and the main theoretical models for educational wastage factors.

Then, clarifying the mechanism to diagnose educational wastage.

Moreover, the scout method has been used to soliciting views from the faculty, supervisors and teachers about the methods used to reduce educational wastage, and 25 education experts were intentionally chosen.

The study revealed an illustrated proposal for reducing educational wastage as a participatory process between authorities concerned such as the Ministry, specialized bodies such as colleges, educational supervision, or schools, and those involved in the educational process such as the teacher, the family, and the student.

It also included extrapolating reality to educational wastage, reviewing scientific studies, and relying on the scientific foundations and foundations of relevant authorities.

So, the integration of roles for all elements of society gives the motive to confront the educational wastage.
