This study aims to define the role of civil institutions in Saudi women’s empowerment according to the Saudi Vision 2030 through what these institutions are offering to empower Saudi women in self-economic and educational empowerment.

Since this study follows the pattern of descriptive studies, a comprehensive social survey method was used for all female employees at civil institutions in Riyadh for the year 2020, which resulted in a study sample consisting of 100 female employees.

A questionnaire was used as a tool to collect the study data.

Among the most noticeable results of this study is that civil institutions provide outstanding support to Saudi women in self-empowerment, which helps them develop themselves professionally, scientifically, and technologically.

Also, this study concluded that civil institutions in Riyadh contribute significantly to supporting women’s empowerment.

Such contributions align with the requirements of the Saudi Vision 2030, and the institutions are doing so by developing them economically and educationally through many different programs.

Thus, this enables Saudi women to achieve the Saudi sustainable development goals.
