The problem of the research lies in the assaults that the palestinian women are exposed to under the pretext of defending honor as a result of the customs and traditions of society.

the objectives of the research must be achieved by limiting these violations and knowing their causes and motives, and presenting them to the provisions of Islamic law, so that we can know the correct and sound legal ruling in these cases and for similar cases.

the study sheds lights on the deficiencies in these behaviors and rectify them to comply with the provisions of Islamic sharia in a manner that achieves justice and equity and guarantees a safe and reassured society.

the research included three sections: defining and limiting the concept of attacks and stating their causes and motives, then studying these attacks via the Islamic law, and then comparing the behavior of society with the position of Islamic law, through a descriptive analytical approach and the use of questionnaires, in order to manifest that most of these behaviors are wrong in their evaluation of women’s actions and a violation of the provisions of Islamic sharia in the reaction.
