The process of monitoring and evaluating organizations’ projects is considered a safety valve to ensure the continuity and sustainability of these projects, but they may be subject to failure and discontinuity due to the lack of interest in the follow-up and evaluation processes during the project life cycle, which results in a waste of a lot of effort, time and money.

The aim of the research is to clarify the importance of follow-up and evaluation for the projects of organizations and their role in raising the capacities of the associations of agricultural and animal production professions and to shed light on the concept of follow-up and evaluation and to clarify its objectives and importance in raising the capabilities of agricultural and animal production professions through the follow-up and evaluation life cycle.

The research was conducted on a group of workers in Al-Tawaki Organization and associations of agricultural and animal production professions to highlight the role that follow-up and evaluation can play in the process of raising their capabilities through the follow-up and evaluation life cycle.
