The study aims to know the relations between Makah and Medina in the age of the Rasolians from the political and scientific sides .

Furthermore , it aims to know the main reasons of the scientific improvement in Al-Hejaz in the time of the Rasolians state .

In addition , it aims to know the stages of the Rasolians state’s foundation, the causes and purposes , which lead to the global conflict between the Rasolians and the Eoubians , about Al-Hejaz and the impress of this conflict the situations of Al-Hejaz .

That was to supply the Arabic library .

Moreover , to block the shortage of these historical sides .The study follows the historical method and analytic descriptive .

Through the investigate and examine we have known the stages of the Rasolian’s state foundation and how it commanded Al-Hejaz .

Besides the relation between Makah and Al-Medina in the age of the Rasolians in both : the political side and the scientific side .

The study comes to the following results :The Rasolians state was founded by Al-ManssourAmer Ben Rasol .

It’s period in Yemen continued more than tow centuries .

It ruled Yemen from 626 to 858 h .The origin of the Rasolian state is their grandfather , Mohammed Ben Haron .

He was the Abasian’skalefa messenger to Al-Sham and Egypt .

He was known as the messenger , Al-Rasol .

Therefore , the state was named after him .

The political relations between Makah and Al-Medina featured with struggle and conflict .

That was about the rule and controlling of the two holy capitals .That was incarnating in the wars that were happened between the Rasolians and the Eoubians and their allies ,Al-Ashraf, the rulers of Makah and Medina .

the religious ; social ; economic and political purposes subscribed in the struggle between the Rasolians and the Eoubians about Al-Hejaz Al-Hejaz area in the Rasolian’s time prospered in the scientific side in different kind of religion and life .

The scientific schools and religious , Arbita , and libraries in Makah and Medina appeared with the general scientific compose .

The main cause of that scientific compose is the aim of the Rasolians Sultans towards knowledge ; composing ; built the scientific schools ; libraries ; religious schools , Arbita , and support the scientists .
