الملخص EN

The study aimed to identify the impact of the strategy of empowering human resources with its combined dimensions (human resource efficiency, information sharing, expanding delegation of authority, freedom and independence, self- managed work teams, administrative support), on instantaneous production with all its dimensions (purchasing on time, time in Simultaneous production, continuous improvement and development, production according to customer desires), using polarization as an intermediate variable, and the level of application of each of them to the Jordanian pharmaceutical companies.

The questionnaire was distributed to 250 employees, who are all workers in the production lines in the middle and lower administrative levels in the Jordanian pharmaceutical companies, and 204 questionnaires were retrieved valid for analysis, and the study reached a set of results, the most important of which are: The presence of an impact of the strategy of empowering human resources with its dimensions (human resource efficiency, information sharing, expansion of the delegation of authority, freedom and independence, self-managed work teams, and administrative support) on instantaneous production with its combined dimensions, the presence of an impact of the strategy of empowering human resources with its combined dimensions on the polarization strategy, the presence of The effect of the polarization strategy on the instantaneous production in its combined dimensions, and the presence of the strategy of empowering human resources with its dimensions on the instantaneous production in its combined dimensions in the Jordanian pharmaceutical industry companies, with the presence of the polarization strategy as a mediating variable.

The study concluded with a set of recommendations, the most important of which are: Supporting mechanisms to empower human resources for managers at all levels of management, giving them enough freedom, independence and confidence to perform work in the way they see fit, and taking greater responsibility.

And the adoption of a comprehensive and accurate strategy to empower human resources, with the participation of the largest number of managers in its design.

Facilitating the process of communication between workers in production lines and management, allowing workers to present their opinions and suggestions by sharing information and making suggestions by activating the role of work teams to achieve the company's goals.

And work to overcome the challenges that stand before the application of the instantaneous production system, and to continue to keep pace with technological developments, by reviewing the successful experiences of international companies that adopt the application of the instantaneous production system, with the need to indicate the main objective of using the instantaneous production system for all employees in companies in order to improve the level of performance and reaching the best decisions.
