الملخص EN

The study aimed to identify the attitudes of faculty members towards the training programs offered by the Deanship of E-Learning at King Saud University.

And the reasons that prevent faculty members from attending training programs from their point of view.

And to identify the appropriate proposals and methods that could help the faculty members of the College of Education to attend the training programs offered to them in the field of e-learning.

To achieve the objectives of the study, the descriptive approach was used, and to verify this, a questionnaire was prepared to know this reality.

The questionnaire consisted of three axes.

The first axis, which is related to knowing the attitudes of the faculty members at the College of Education towards the training programs provided to them in the field of e- learning, contains (11) paragraphs.

While the second axis, which is related to knowing the reasons that prevent faculty members from attending the Faculty of Education, the training programs provided to them in the field of e-learning from their point of view, contains (19) paragraphs, while the third axis relates to knowing the appropriate proposals and methods that can help faculty members in the Faculty Education in attending the training programs provided to them.

The study reached a set of results, including that the faculty members agreed on the axis of the faculty members’ attitudes at the College of Education towards the training programs provided to them in the field of e-learning, where the arithmetic average for the axis as a whole was (3.92), and this average falls in the fourth category of the five-graded scale Which ranges between (3.40 to 4.19 representing OK).

The study showed that the faculty members agree on the axis of methods that prevent faculty members from attending the College of Education training programs provided to them in the field of e-learning, where the arithmetic average of the axis as a whole was (3.69) and this average falls in the fourth category of the five-graded scale, which ranges between (3.40 to 4.19 represent OK), and other results.

The study reached a set of recommendations, including the need to reduce the administrative and teaching burden for a faculty member to allow him to develop professionally.

Building training programs according to the training needs of faculty members, and other recommendations and suggestions, at the end of the study.
