The archeological heritage sites in general as well as the world archeological heritage sites in a particular threat.

Therefore these sites, which help to achieve preserving and protecting for the sites; This study is carried out to state the importance and the effect of an ideal administration in preserving and protecting for these sites.The study comes out to the following, the lack of suitable strategy, plans and programs in administrating these sites in addition the awareness about these to the lack of sites, at the same time there is a neglect on the education and guidance sites of this cultural heritage which is considered as a part of the cultural and civil identity of the society.The study adopted the descriptive and analytic method.

The study recommended the activation of public role and civil societies in preserving archaeological heritage.
