This study examined the Role of human resource accounting in Enhancing Thriving at Work, to achieve this, the researchers aimed to search realizing the concept of human resource accounting and the extent of interest in it, Moreover, they aimed to search the dimensions of Thriving at Work (Vitality, Learning), as well as the impact of the human resource accounting on Thriving at Work (Vitality, Learning) The researchers used the descriptive analytical method.

A set of questions related to the research problem were designed.

Data were collected through a questionnaire designed for this purpose.

The researcher depended on many scientific literature and references related to research variables.

The study was conducted to a sample of 323 single of Employees of the commercial banks under study and randomly selected, a theoretical model was proposed and tested using structural equation modeling (SEM).

the study indicated these important results; Firstly: the agreement of the sample on search realizing the concept of human resource accounting and the extent of interest in it, secondly: the agreement of the sample on excluding the Thriving at Work (Vitality, Learning), Finally: significant effect of realizing the concept of human resource accounting and the extent of interest in it on the Thriving at Work (Vitality, Learning).
