The study aimed to identify the degree of effectiveness of the field training program at Palestine Technical College from the point of view of its students, and disclosure of whether there are statistically significant differences at the level of significance (α≤0.05) between the averages of the sample members’ estimates of the degree of effectiveness of the field training program at the Palestine Technical College due to variables: (Academic program, Cumulative average, place of training, college branch); The sample consisted of (130) students who were randomly selected from the Palestine Technical College in its two branches, “Deir El-Balah Branch and Gaza Branch,” who were registered during the second semester of the year 2019/2020, a questionnaire was applied to them consisting of (44) items distributed on (4) axes, The study founded that the degree of effectiveness of the field training program was big.

The results also showed that there are statistically significant differences between the averages of the sample’s estimates due to the variables of the academic program, Cumulative average and for the training place only for the second field; in favor of the diploma program, the higher Cumulative average for student and for the Central Governorate, There were no statistically significant differences due to the variables of the place of training for the rest of the fields and the branch of the college.

The study recommended the necessity of preparing a comprehensive guide for the field training program that directs all the elements involved in the training process.
