The study aimed to know the level of democracy within Fateh movement, The study attempted to discuss the topic through four main indicators: The nature of membership within the Fateh movement, And the organizational structure of Fateh movement, And the distribution of power and competence, And the decision-making process within Fateh movement, And the study relied on the descriptive analytical method, and the approach to content analysis.

The study concluded that the nature of the organizational structure within the Fateh movement reflects a democratic and coherent structure, between the base and the top of the movement, with a group of organizations among them at various levels, And that the process of the distribution of power and competence takes place in the manner of democratic elections, While the decision-making process is carried out in an undemocratic manner, Where concentrated in the hands of the president of the movement, and the required is that authorities not be concentrated in the hands of the president, and rationalize the political decision of the Fateh movement, in order for the movement to raise its future role in its decisions and outputs.
