This study aimed to show the impact of the natural person's death on the civil proceedings and was aimed at demonstrating the implications of the proceedings before the court in the event that the death occurred on one of the parties to the proceedings, whether the plaintiff or the defendant The Jordanian Code of Due Process regarded death as a legal stay of the case, However, after the amendment of the Act, death is no longer regarded as one of the cases where the case is discontinued by law.
