Abstract: The study aims to identify the parents' view and level of the teen's problems and family contact with Teens using smartphones.

The study has consisted of 408 central samples, randomly selected, from Teens parents' in the middle area.

The researcher used an analytic descriptive approach and the measurement tools such as the teen's problems measure and family contact measure.

The study has shown the following results: • According to parent's view, the cumulative rate of the teen's problems with teens using smartphones is 43.2%.

The cumulative rate of family contact with teens using smartphones is 72.5%.

The study also showed that there is an inverse significance between the total score of teen's problems and its three dimensions (mental, social, academic) and the family contact with children using smartphones according to parents' view.

In contrast, it was noticed that there are significant differences in the dimension (academic rate with teens using smartphones.

• Not existing main significant differences of family contact among teens using smartphones in the middle region in the Gaza strip is due to academic qualification).

According to parents' view, existing main significant differences among teens using smartphones in the middle region in Gaza strip is due to (academic rate of teens, using's hours).

The study has concluded several recommendations: • Using smartphones strengthens family contact.

• Guiding teens towards the rational use of smartphones.

• Building family centers specialized in family problems therapy.
