This research aims to read the fictional works of the Syrian writer Ghada Al-Youssef, in light of the aesthetics of receiving theory, The research called for providing a theoretical framework for the theory of aesthetics of reception, as an introduction to the structure of space, the study relied on the analytical method, the study reached an interest in the theory of receptivity in the role of the recipient in reading the literary text and interpreting its connotations that increase the vitality of the text, and make the relationship of the text itself an interactive relationship, in which the text abandoned a system hegemony that was exercising towards the recipient, and he began looking for procedural steps that make the recipient’s act in the text a creative act parallel to the author’s action in the text itself .
