The structural pattern of the chapters is based on a system that makes the sequence of the chapters a logical sequence, so the composition becomes the state of the case of a tight construction that fits the parts, and this study relied on the complete inductive approach of all the chapters of defecating and Wudu' in Sunan Abu Dawood, then the analytical and deductive approach to analyze the relationship between the chapters of defecating and Wudu'.

Abu Dawoods' attention to the structural pattern was evident in his book Al-Sunan through the use of his three forms: the general, the regulator, and the steady, he contributed to understanding the semantics of the chapters, and knowing their functional role, and he also contributed to uncovering the doctrine of the compiler of some jurisprudential issues, and the points of agreement and disagreement from the doctrines of scholars, and the statement of his doctrine.

In the various hadiths, all of this is according to an accurate methodology that reflects the deep understanding and accurate perception of hadith science and jurisprudence, the doctrines of its lords, and how to organize its chapters.
