The study aimed to identify the social responsibility and its relationship with the mental image in mobile telecommunication companies, Yemen.

To achieve this, the descriptive analytical method was adopted, and a questionnaire was used to collect relevant data.

The study population was the mobile telecommunication companies working in Sana'a City (Yemen Mobile, Sabafon, MTN).

The sample of the study, which was selected according to the random probability stratum sampling method, consisted of (227) employees working in the mentioned companies.

After analyzing the data and testing the hypotheses, the study results revealed that there was a positive direct relationship between social responsibility and mental image in the companies under study.

Furthermore, all the dimensions of social responsibility showed a positive direct relationship with the mental image, the economic dimension being the highest, and the environmental one being the least.

The study concluded with a set of recommendations, including paying more attention to equal treatment of the staff in the telecommunication companies that would improve the moral dimension and mental image, and protecting the environment, being one of the main components of the environmental dimension.
