The study aimed to identify the level of pregnancy- related anxiety, the most common concerns among pregnant women, and to reveal differences in the level of pregnancy- related anxiety according to variables (age- educational level- planning pregnancy- pregnancy times- semester of pregnancy- monthly income).

The number of pregnant woman participated in the study was (231).

The researcher relied on collecting study data on the pregnancy related anxiety scale.

The results showed that the level of pregnancy- related anxiety among the study sample was moderate, concerns of childbirth came first, followed by concerns of the safety of the fetus, concerns of body image came third, finally concerns of motherhood, and the results did not reveal any differences.

Statistically significant in the level of pregnancy- related anxiety, which is attributed to the variables (age- educational level- planning pregnancy – pregnancy times- monthly income ), while the differences were statistically significant in the level of pregnancy - related anxiety, which is attributed to the variable of the semester of pregnancy, and the differences were towards the first semester of pregnancy .
