in view of the great number of attacks against private property, and in view of the importance attached to this issue, we have considered the subject of criminal protection of private property in the face of attacks against it under chapter 570 of the criminal code, highlighting the nature of such protection, its elements and the penalties imposed on it, as well as the intrusive role of the public prosecutor's office in this protection."
